Prunes Stuffed with Cream Cheese and Slivered Almonds

1- 12 ounce package prunes (Newman’s Organic brand)

1- 8 ounce container cream cheese (Organic Valley brand)

6 ounces slivered almonds

Pairing prunes with cream cheese is a delicious combination.  Ridiculously easy to make, just fill the prune with approximately 1/2 tsp of cream cheese and top with a slivered almond.  These look nice enough to serve as an appetizer as well.

FYI:  This is my favorite snack!
